CROCK POT RICE (original)

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of rice (white rice)
  • 2 cups of water or broth
  • A pinch of salt
  • Butter or olive oil (optional)

Directions :

  • Rinse your rice before cooking. Make sure the dirt or scratch already wash away and the water become clear
  • Spray the crock pot with olive oil or cover it with butter. The advantages of these ingredients is avoiding your rice stick on the bottom of crock pot.

  • 1/3 cup of rice (white rice)

  • Cook for about 6 hours and stir it at times.

CROCK STUFFED PEPPER

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of rice (white rice)
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 large chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 big tomatoes, chopped into diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 stick of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley or chopped sour cream (optional)

Directions :

  • Rinse white rice until the dirt and scratch wash away
  • Put the rice, beef, onion, peppers, tomatoes, chicken broth and another ingredients into the crock pot.
  • Cook for about 6 hours in High or 6 – 8 hours in Low.
  • Stir it occasionally
  • Serve crockpot stuffed by sprinkling cheddar cheese and fresh parsley on top of it
  • If you like sour cream, add it.
