Ingredients :

  • 4 Bell peppers. Remove the cores and cut the tops (make a hole on the top)
  • 1 ½ lb ground meatloaf mix (ground beef, optional)
  • 1 tbsp. garlic-infused olive oil
  • ½ medium onion, chopping
  • 2 cloves garlic, mincing
  • 1 ½ cups plum tomatoes (canned), separate from the juice
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredding

How to cook :

  • Chop tomatoes roughly and place it in a bowl
  • Cook ground meatloaf until brown. Place it in skillet
  • Add garlic-infused olive oil to the pan and heat it in medium heat
  • Add onion and garlic in the pan
  • Saute until tender
