We will give you 2 recipes that could made in Décor Microsafe Rice Cooker 2,75 L. There are Pea & Parmesan Risotto and Carrot Noodles.

The first recipe : Pea & Parmesan Risotto

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of Arborio Rice
• 4 cups of vegetable stock
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 1 garlic clove
• ¼ tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. thyme
• Pinch of pepper
• ½ cup of parmesan cheese
• 1 cup of green peas
• 1 lime
• 2 spring onions
• Fresh thyme
• 2 tbsp. butter
• Extra parmesan

How to Cook:

• Rinse Arborio Rice until the water clear
• Prepare Décor rice cooker, open the lid
• Add the clean rice, vegetable stock, garlic (finely minced), oregano, thyme, salt and pepper
• Mix well all the ingredients in the container.
• Put the container in the microwave without put on the lid
• Cook for 10 minutes
• After 10 minutes, add peas and parmesan and mix well
• Following with it, put back in the microwave for 4 minutes.
• After 4 minutes, put on the lid with the steam vent open.
• Leave it and don’t touch it until 5 minutes
• Open the lid after that spring the onion, lime (juice) and butter.
• Mix well
• When you want to serve it, sprinkle fresh thyme and extra parmesan.

You could enjoy this Pea & Parmesan Risotto for 4 servings.

The Second Recipe : Carrot Noodles

Ingredients:

• 6 large carrots
• 2 tbsp. water
• 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
• 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 2 tbsp. boiling water
• 1 tbsp. sesame oil
• 3 limes
• Fine ginger batons
• Coriander leaves
• Shallots, sliced

How to Cook:

• Make a noodle from carrots by a spiralizer
• Put the carrot noodles after washing it into Décor Rice cooker 2,75 litre.
• Add 2 tbsp water
• Cover the container with the lid.
• Cook on high power (900W) for about 2 ½ minutes with steam release vent open.
• Sit the container for about 3 minutes
• After that you could drain the water which is left inside.
• On the other bowl, mix well peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil and boiling water.
• Whisk until smooth
• After the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil and boiling water become smooth, mix with the noodles.
• Don’t forget to drizzle the lime juice into it
• Completing the better taste of the carrot noodles, you could serve it with ginger, coriander leaves and shallots on top of it.
