  • Few cracks of black pepper

Direction:

  • Mix all marinade ingredients into food processor
  • Blend until mix and smooth
  • Wash and rinse the beef ribs. (Moreover, make sure the blood and bone fragments missing.)
  • Place beef ribs in the bowl
  • Pour smooth marinade and mix well
  • Put aside the beef for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour, place marinade beef ribs into inner pot
  • Add potato, carrots and onion on top of the ribs

  • When the cooking process finished, garnish with green onion
