  • Wait until there is a whistle voice from the pressure cooker. After 3rd – 4th whistle, turn off the stove.
  • The cooker will be depressurized by itself and it became cool. Firstly, you can open the lid by remove the weight lid.
  • You could serve the fluffy pressure cooker rice.

Note :

Some people put the rice in the small bowl or pan which could be kept inside or easily fitted the pressure cooker.  Place the lid on the bowl or pan, in order to avoid the pressure cooker become dirty. Don’t forget to add water not only in the bowl or pan but into the pressure cooker. By placing bowl or pan into the pressure cooker, you could directly serve the cooked rice by the bowl or pan.
